Ginger ale punch

Ingredients:
  • 500 mls (2 cups) low-kilojoule dry ginger ale
  • 500mls (2 cups) unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 100mls fresh lime juice
  • 1 lime, halved, finely sliced
  • 2 carambola (star fruit), sliced
  • Ice, to serve
  • Pineapple leaves (optional), to serve
Instructions:
  • In a jug, mix together the ginger ale, pineapple juice, lime juice, lime, and carambola. Pour the punch over ice in glasses and garnish with pineapple leaves, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
