Deliciously refreshing Christmas punch with tropical flavors, ideal for beating the heat Down Under. Simply omit the coconut rum for a family-friendly fruity mocktail.
Ingredients:
  • 500ml pineapple juice
  • 1.5l ginger beer
  • 125ml coconut
  • 125ml passionfruit
  • Mint sprigs, to serve
  • Thinly sliced strawberries, to serve
  • Thinly sliced pineapple, to serve
  • Crushed ice, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix together the pineapple juice, ginger beer, rum (if desired), and passionfruit pulp in a large pitcher.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves, sliced strawberries, pineapple chunks, and ice.
