Our delectable Ginger-Chip Gingerbread Cookies are crafted with a blend of Betty Crocker Gingerbread Cookie Mix, vanilla and chocolate chips, almonds, and candied ginger. Perfect for gifting in festive jar layers.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Limited Edition Gingerbread Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup white vanilla baking chips
  • 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup candied ginger pieces (chopped if large)
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon water
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare cookie sheets with parchment paper or a silicone nonstick baking mat.
  • Combine the Dry Mix from the jar with the necessary Wet Mix ingredients until fully incorporated. Drop dough onto cookie sheets, spacing each about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 11-13 minutes until golden brown.
