Delicious gluten-free bread machine recipe made with versatile all-purpose flour. Ideal for sandwiches or toast.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups warm water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1.5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 2.5 cups gluten-free all-purpose baking flour
  • 2 teaspoons xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
Instructions:
  • Add water, eggs, oil, vinegar, flour, xanthan gum, salt, sugar, and yeast to the bread machine in the specified order.
  • Choose the Light or Medium crust setting and start the Basic cycle.
  • Allow to cool completely before slicing.
