Indulge in gooey gluten-free cheesy biscuits using Bisquick® Gluten Free mix.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Bisquick™ Gluten Free mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup firm butter or margarine
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick and 1/4 tsp garlic powder. Add 1/4 cup butter and blend with a pastry blender or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gently fold in milk, cheese, and eggs until a soft dough comes together.
  • Spoon 10 dollops of dough onto a non-greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly golden. Combine 1/4 cup melted butter with 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, brush onto warm biscuits before removing from baking sheet. Serve while still warm.
