Whip up delightful homemade crackers for the perfect party snacks.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup Bisquick™ Gluten Free mix
  • 2 cups grated gluten-free sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until evenly mixed. Shape the dough into 24 balls, each approximately 1 1/2 inches in size. Arrange them 2 inches apart on a baking sheet and gently flatten each ball to a 2 1/2-inch diameter.
  • Bake until edges are golden brown, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
