Gluten-Free Fudgy Brownie Trifle

Gluten-free brownie parfait: layers of decadent brownies, fluffy whipped cream, and rich chocolate for a gluten-free treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • Butter and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 4 snack-size containers (4 oz each) chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup toffee bits
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease the bottom of an 8-inch square pan. Follow the directions on the brownie mix box, using butter and eggs; mix in coffee granules. Spread the batter in the pan and bake according to the package instructions. Allow to cool completely for about 1 hour before serving.
  • Cut the brownies into 1-inch squares. Layer half of the brownie squares at the bottom of a 2-quart glass bowl. Pour both containers of pudding over the brownies. Top with half of the whipped topping and toffee bits. Repeat the layers with the remaining brownies, pudding, whipped topping, and toffee bits.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours before serving. Keep covered in the fridge.
