Decadent gluten-free dark chocolate cake with a rich, gooey center like hot chocolate mousse or fudgy brownies.
Ingredients:
  • 1.75 cups dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1.3333333730698 cups white sugar
  • 0.75 cup butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 5 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish.
  • In a double boiler, melt dark chocolate, sugar, butter, and salt until smooth, stirring often and scraping down the sides. Remove from heat, then mix in eggs until fully combined. Pour the batter into the baking dish.
  • Bake until the edges of the dish pull away from the sides, around 35 minutes in the preheated oven.
