Gluten-free and tasty nut cookies that can be customized with your favorite nuts like pecans or peanuts.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1.5 cups chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a cookie sheet.
  • In a bowl, smoothly blend together peanut butter, eggs, and sugar. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts, if preferred. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake until lightly browned, about 10-12 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the sheets for 5-10 minutes before removing.
