Whip up a delicious raspberry yogurt dessert in just 15 minutes for a delightful family treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (8 oz) frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
  • 2 cups frozen (thawed) fat-free whipped topping
  • 2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Light Fat Free red raspberry yogurt
  • 1 package (5 oz) meringue cookies, crumbled
  • Fresh mint leaves, if desired
Instructions:
  • Blend the raspberries in a blender on high speed until smooth. Set aside.
  • Combine the fluffy whipped topping and creamy yogurt in a large bowl. Gently fold in the crushed meringues and half of the luscious raspberry puree. Transfer the mixture to a chilled serving bowl and drizzle with the rest of the raspberry puree. Finally, top it off with a sprinkle of fresh mint leaves for a delightful finish.
