Try sweetening with agave nectar instead of sugar. Use plastic containers instead of molds, if desired.
Ingredients:
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 3 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 400 g plain yoghurt
Instructions:
  • Combine raspberries in a jug and mash in a bowl using a fork. Add vanilla seeds and other ingredients, mix well. Pour into twelve 50ml ice lolly moulds, tapping the base to remove air bubbles. Leave space at the top for expansion. Freeze for 4 hours. Thaw for 10 minutes before serving, then remove from moulds by running under warm water.
