Whisk raspberries, yogurt, cottage cheese, and sugar, then freeze for delicious raspberry shortcake ice pops.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups fresh raspberries
  • 0.66666668653488 cup plain yogurt
  • 6 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.5 cup cottage cheese
Instructions:
  • Purée raspberries in a blender, then strain through a sieve to remove the seeds. Blend the seedless raspberry purée with yogurt, sugar, and cottage cheese until smooth. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds or paper cups, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
