Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg (1 lb) gluten free sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup (4 oz) gluten free shredded Cheddar or hot pepper jack cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  • Sear sausage in skillet until cooked through; discard excess fat. Reserve.
  • Whisk together eggs, half-and-half, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Gently fold in the cheese and cooked sausage, then transfer the mixture to a pie plate.
  • Bake the quiche for 45 minutes or until it is fully set. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before serving warm.
