Tangy orange yogurt dressing drizzled over fresh fruit.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy vanilla yogurt (from 2-lb container)
  • 1 tablespoon gluten-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 pint (2 cups) strawberries, sliced
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled, cut up
  • 1 small bunch seedless green grapes, cut in half
  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments, drained
Instructions:
  • Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh orange zest, and freshly squeezed orange juice in a spacious glass or plastic bowl.
  • Carefully fold in the rest of the ingredients into the creamy yogurt mixture. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, but no more than 4 hours.
