Simplify your meal with this flavorful blue cheese gnocchi using only 6 easy ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 189.38 gm thickened cream
  • 100g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 500g packet gnocchi
  • 250.00 ml frozen peas
  • 250.00 ml grated mozzarella
  • 50g baby rocket
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan-forced. Gently simmer the cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the blue cheese until smooth. Remove from heat.
  • Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions until they are just tender. Drain them and mix them with the peas into the cheese mixture. Stir well to combine, season with pepper, then transfer the mixture to a 6-cup baking dish and top with mozzarella.
  • Bake until the cheese is golden and bubbling, usually around 20 to 25 minutes. Serve the gnocchi with rocket on the side.
