Baked salmon fillets with herbed goat cheese and Dijon mustard mayo blend. Simply delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 0.5 cup herbed goat cheese
  • 0.25 cup prepared Dijon mustard mayonnaise blend
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a large baking dish.
  • Lay out salmon fillets on the baking dish. Make small cuts in each fillet, then fill with herbed goat cheese evenly. Spread Dijon mustard mayonnaise blend over each fillet. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake salmon in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
