Satisfying smoked salmon sandwich with crunchy lettuce and creamy goat cheese and cream cheese for a delicious texture contrast.
Ingredients:
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon creamy goat cheese
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried dill, or to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions:
  • Toast the bread until golden brown in a toaster or toaster oven.
  • On 1 slice of toast, layer cream cheese and goat cheese, then top with smoked salmon. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dill and black pepper. Layer lettuce on top and finish with the other slice of toast.
