Goats cheese and turkey puffs with quince paste

Transform your deli meats into delectable canapés.
Ingredients:
  • 1 sheet frozen ready-rolled puff pastry, just thawed
  • Goats cheese, softened
  • Quince paste
  • Turkey breast, shaved
  • 1 fresh continental parsley sprig
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat your oven to 220°C. 2. Cut the freshly thawed sheet of frozen ready-rolled puff pastry into 5cm squares. 3. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and turns golden. 4. Allow the pastry to cool completely. 5. Top each pastry square with softened goat cheese, a slice of quince paste, shaved turkey breast, and a sprig of fresh continental parsley.
