Gold Nuggets Chex Mix

Indulge in our irresistible cheesy puffed corn - a treasure like Nevada's gold nuggets.
Ingredients:
  • 6 cups Corn Chex™ cereal
  • 2 cups sourdough pretzel nuggets
  • 2 cups bite-size cheese crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 cups cheese puffcorn
  • 1 tablespoon nacho Cheddar popcorn seasoning
Instructions:
  • Combine cereal, pretzels, and crackers in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave butter in a 2-cup measuring cup on High for 30 to 40 seconds until melted. Drizzle over cereal mixture and stir well to coat. Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute.
  • Mix in the puffcorn, sprinkle in the popcorn seasoning, and gently toss until the cereal mixture is completely coated. Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
