Golden mashed potatoes infused with Asiago cheese, garlic, and oregano - a holiday crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 0.5 cup shredded Asiago cheese
  • 0.5 cup nonfat milk
  • 3 tablespoons whipped butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, cover the potatoes with salted water and bring to a boil. Let them simmer over medium-low heat until fork-tender, approximately 20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a large bowl.
  • Combine mashed potatoes with Asiago cheese, milk, butter, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
