Cheesy breakfast casserole with Cheddar cheese and nacho cheese soup mixed in eggs.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 9 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed nacho cheese soup
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a sizzling skillet, sauté the sausage and onion until the sausage is perfectly browned. Remove any excess grease and transfer the flavorful mixture to the baking dish.
  • Combine the eggs and milk, then mix in the nacho cheese soup and 1 1/2 cups of Cheddar cheese. Pour this mixture over the sausage, and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese on top.
  • Cook in the oven until the eggs are firm, around 30 minutes.
