Start your day right with a refreshing gluten-free and dairy-free green smoothie loaded with veggies and fruits.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 0.5 cucumber, diced
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 ounces baby spinach leaves
  • lemon, juiced
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 apple, cored
  • 1 banana
Instructions:
  • In a blender, mix water, romaine lettuce, cucumber, avocado, celery, spinach, and lemon juice on high speed until smooth, approximately 30 seconds. Add ice, apple, and banana to the blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
