Make a delicious breakfast wrap with banana, cottage cheese, granola, pineapple, and brown sugar for a convenient and tasty meal on the go.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cottage cheese, divided
  • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple, divided
  • 0.5 cup granola cereal, divided
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, divided
  • 2 bananas, sliced lengthwise
Instructions:
  • Microwave the tortillas on high until warm and flexible, about 10 to 15 seconds.
  • Layer cottage cheese and pineapple on each tortilla, sprinkle with crunchy granola and sweet brown sugar, and finish with fresh banana slices.
  • Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling and slice in half before serving.
