Gooey S’mores Cake Bars

Introducing your new go-to dessert: irresistible s'mores cake bars made easy with Betty Crocker™ cake mix for a treat that's perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup canned sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups coarsely crushed graham crackers (about 18 graham cracker squares)
  • 18 large marshmallows, halved crosswise
  • 2 bars (1.55 oz each) Hershey'smilk chocolate candy bar, broken into individual rectangles
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch square pan with nonstick foil, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal later.
  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add the egg and mix well. Gently fold in the cake mix until fully combined (the mixture will be thick). Grease your hands with butter or cooking spray and press about 2 1/4 cups of the cake mixture into the pan. Pour condensed milk over the cake mixture. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers, marshmallow halves, and half of the chocolate pieces on top. Spoon the remaining cake mixture in dollops over the top.
  • Bake for 32 to 35 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown and the cake is set. Let it cool on a rack for 15 minutes, then sprinkle the rest of the chocolate on top. Allow it to cool completely for at least 2 1/2 hours before cutting into 16 squares.
