Creamy gorgonzola sauce with a touch of nutmeg.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups dry white wine
  • 1.25 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 ounces Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan, simmer white wine over high heat until it reduces by half. Lower the heat, pour in the cream, and simmer until it reduces by one-third. Stir in the parmesan, gorgonzola, and nutmeg until the cheeses melt and the sauce becomes creamy.
