Try these tasty graham cracker cookies using Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix for your next party dessert!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • Flour, butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch for cutout cookies
  • 1/4 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Combine the ingredients for the graham cracker cookies in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Divide the dough in half, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but no more than 8 hours.
  • Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Roll out half of the dough on a floured surface into a 12x9-inch rectangle that is 1/8 inch thick. Cut the dough into 12 squares arranged in a 4x3 formation. Transfer the squares onto ungreased cookie sheets. Use a toothpick or fork to create holes that resemble graham crackers.
  • Bake for 8 to 12 minutes until lightly golden and firm to the touch, rotating sheets halfway to bake evenly. If needed, redo holes while warm. Let cool on the pan for 1 to 2 minutes before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
