Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and prepare 10 muffin cups by greasing them or lining them with paper liners.
  • Combine cracker crumbs, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl. Add milk, egg, and honey, mixing until just moistened. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
