Indulgent hot chocolate custard in a graham cracker crust pie, a crowd-pleasing chilled treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package graham crackers
  • 6 cups milk
  • 2 (5 ounce) packages non-instant chocolate pudding mix
Instructions:
  • Line the base of a 9x13-inch dish with graham crackers. Set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, mix together milk and pudding mix, following the package instructions.
  • Drizzle warm pudding over graham crackers in the dish, then layer with more graham crackers. Refrigerate until the pudding is firm, for at least 4 hours.
