Indulge in a delicious pumpkin pudding pie with a homemade graham cracker crust - a perfect blend of vanilla and pumpkin flavors for a festive treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 1 (5.1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can 2% evaporated milk
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 0.75 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, white sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice in a bowl, then press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  • Place the crust in the preheated oven and bake until lightly browned, approximately 7 minutes. Allow the crust to cool completely before proceeding.
  • Combine pudding mix and evaporated milk in a bowl, whisk vigorously for 2 minutes. Chill the pudding in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Add pumpkin and 3/4 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice to the pudding, mix until fully incorporated. Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust and refrigerate until set, around 30 minutes.
