Graham cracker crust topped with sweet cream cheese, pecans, pudding, and whipped topping for a refreshing no-bake dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.33333334326744 cup instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 0.25 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 0.75 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 30 pecan halves
Instructions:
  • Prepare your ingredients.
  • In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until creamy using an electric mixer.
  • Smooth the mixture onto the bottom of the ready graham cracker crust and top with chopped pecans.
  • In a large bowl, combine chocolate and vanilla pudding mixes. Add milk and vanilla extract. Mix on low speed for 2 minutes, then transfer to the pie pan.
  • Chill the pie for a minimum of 2 hours. Serve with fresh whipped cream and pecan halves on top.
