Elevate your weekend breakfast game with crunchy granola waffles.
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup maple-flavored syrup
  • 2/3 cup raspberry jam or preserves
  • 1 cup strawberries, cut into fourths
  • 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup granola cereal
  • 1/2 cup Gold Medal™ whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt strawberry (2/3 cup)
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, bring the syrup and jam to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add the strawberries, then remove from heat and keep it warm.
  • Preheat the waffle iron and grease it with shortening if needed, or spray with cooking spray.
  • Combine all waffle ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until well blended. Pour 2/3 cup of batter onto the center of a preheated waffle iron and close the lid.
  • Bake for 2 to 3 minutes until the waffle stops steaming and turns golden brown. Gently remove the waffle and serve with sauce.
