Elevate your weekend breakfast game with delectable wheat granola waffles.
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup maple-flavored syrup
  • 2/3 cup raspberry jam or preserves
  • 1 cup strawberries, cut into fourths
  • 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup granola cereal
  • 1/2 cup Gold Medal™ whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt strawberry (2/3 cup)
Instructions:
  • In a 1 1/2-quart saucepan, bring the syrup and jam to a boil while stirring occasionally. Add the strawberries, then remove from heat and keep warm.
  • Prepare the waffle iron by greasing it with shortening or spraying it with cooking spray, ensuring it's ready for use.
  • Combine all waffle ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Pour 2/3 cup of batter onto the center of a hot waffle iron and close the lid.
  • Bake the waffle until steaming stops and it turns golden brown (2 to 3 minutes). Carefully remove it from the waffle maker and serve with sauce.
