Elevate any dish with plump, juicy grapes - perfect for sweet or savory canapés.
Ingredients:
  • 250g green seedless grapes
  • 250g red seedless grapes
  • 1 large sprig fresh rosemary, leaves picked
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 120g goats cheese, crumbled
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) pouring cream
  • 2 slices prosciutto
  • 60g pkt Salad/Cocktail Cups
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Arrange grapes in a baking dish and generously season with rosemary. Drizzle with vinegar. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until grapes are tender. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Beat the goat cheese and cream together in a small bowl using electric beaters until well combined.
  • Tear 20 small pieces of prosciutto. Evenly distribute the goat cheese mixture among the cocktail cups. Finish by topping with the grape mixture and prosciutto.
