Delicious no-bake grasshopper pie made with marshmallow fluff, creme de menthe, and chocolate cookie crust.
Ingredients:
  • 25 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups marshmallow fluff
  • 0.25 cup creme de menthe liqueur
  • 2 cups whipping cream
Instructions:
  • Collect all the ingredients needed for the recipe.
  • Crush cookies and set aside 1/4 cup of crumbs. Combine remaining crumbs with melted butter, then press into bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Combine the marshmallow fluff and crème de menthe in a large mixing bowl, stirring until it forms a smooth mixture.
  • Whip cream in a chilled glass or metal bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gently fold it into the marshmallow mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared crust and generously sprinkle the reserved cookie crumbs on top. Allow it to freeze until firm for a minimum of 2 hours. Take it out of the freezer 20 minutes before serving to let it soften slightly before enjoying.
