Prepare a refreshing poolside snack to enjoy during summer.
Ingredients:
  • 200g Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 600g chicken tenderloin
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh oregano leaves
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 4 Greek bread rounds
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix creamy yoghurt with fresh garlic in a bowl, then cover and chill in the refrigerator.
  • Skewer the chicken and place in a shallow glass or ceramic dish. Mix oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and oregano in a bowl and pour over the chicken skewers, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Prepare the barbecue plate or chargrill by lightly coating it with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 4 minutes on each side until they are nicely browned and cooked through. Serve the skewers with a side of yogurt mixture, bread rounds, and lemon wedges for a delightful meal.
