Greek Honey and Lemon Pork Chops

Sweet and tangy honey lemon pork chops bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 4 pork loin chops or ribs, 1/2 inch thick (about 1 lb)
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose Greek seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to broil. Arrange pork on rack in broiler pan. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Brush honey mixture evenly over pork chops.
  • Place the pork 4 to 6 inches from the heat source and broil for 7 to 8 minutes, turning once and brushing with the honey mixture, until cooked through near the bone. Remove any leftover honey mixture.
