Delight the family with Greek lamb meatballs bursting with flavor!
Ingredients:
  • 500g lamb mince
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 125.00 ml fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 125.00 ml finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 2 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 100g feta, crumbled
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • Mixed salad, to serve
  • Feta cheese, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix together the mince, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, oregano, parsley, lemon rind, and feta in a bowl. Season with pepper. Roll the mixture into balls using level tablespoons and place them on a plate.
  • In a large frying pan heated with oil over medium-high heat, cook meatballs, turning occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Enjoy with a side of salad and feta.
