Quick and simple Greek-inspired chicken and pasta dish ready in just 25 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups cooked orzo or rosamarina pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 medium cucumbers, chopped (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 medium red or green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata or Greek olives
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:
  • Combine the pasta, chicken, cucumbers, and bell pepper in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle vinaigrette dressing over salad and mix until well coated. Finish by sprinkling olives and cheese on top.
