Whip up these Mediterranean bites in just 20 minutes for a guaranteed spot on your party menu.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup chives-and-onion cream cheese spread (from 8-oz container)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted Kalamata olives
  • 4 spinach-flavor flour tortillas (8 inch)
  • 4 oz thinly sliced cooked turkey (from deli)
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh spinach leaves
Instructions:
  • Combine the cream cheese spread, feta cheese, and olives in a small bowl. Spread the mixture evenly over the tortillas, ensuring they are fully covered.
  • Layer slices of tender turkey over a luscious cream cheese spread on each tortilla, folding them in half. Gently cover the turkey with vibrant, fresh spinach leaves.
  • Begin by rolling up each piece tightly, starting with the topped side. Individually wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate until completely chilled, for at least 1 hour.
  • Slice the ends off each roll and cut them into 3 sections. Then, halve each section diagonally.
