Wholesome snack balls made with peanut butter, Greek yogurt, oats, and flax seeds - perfect for satisfying cravings in a nutritious way!
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup natural peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.25 cup almond flour
  • 0.25 cup flaxseed meal
  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and honey until smooth. Add oats, almond flour, flaxseed meal, and cacao nibs, stirring until everything is well combined.
  • Take a tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into a ball using your hands. Then, store the balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
