Wholesome microwave oatmeal topped with creamy Greek yogurt, ripe bananas, sweet strawberry jam, and indulgent peanut butter - perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 banana, sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Instructions:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together oats, banana, cinnamon, and salt. Pour in water and stir well. Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes or until water is absorbed. Stir again to evenly spread the cinnamon. Allow to cool slightly for about 3 minutes before serving.
  • Dollop Greek yogurt, strawberry jam, and peanut butter onto oatmeal; swirl together.
