Wholesome strawberry and blueberry protein smoothie with Greek yogurt, milk, and oats for a nourishing breakfast boost.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 0.75 cup skim milk
  • 5 large strawberries
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.25 cup vanilla and honey Greek yogurt (such as Chobani®)
  • 1 cup ice, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a blender, mix blueberries, milk, strawberries, sugar, oats, and yogurt until smooth. Then add ice and blend until smooth.
