Ingredients:
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C), then prepare your muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with paper muffin liners.
  • In a bowl, blend flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
