Best Whole Wheat-Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies

Impress guests with delicious oat and raisin cookies for dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup raisins
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Combine sugars, butter, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, and eggs in a large bowl, stirring until well mixed. Add oats, flour, and raisins, and stir to combine.
  • Place rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake until golden brown, for about 9 to 11 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes, then carefully transfer from the cookie sheets.
