Crunchy iceberg salad with pine nuts and salty feta for perfect taste.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 iceberg lettuce, cut into wedges
  • 45g (1/4 cup) pine nuts, toasted
  • 2 shallots, trimmed, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 62.50 ml fresh dill sprigs
  • 100g feta, crumbled
  • 27.30 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 30.00 ml white wine vinegar
Instructions:
  • Arrange the lettuce on a beautiful serving plate, then generously sprinkle with pine nuts, shallot, fresh dill, and crumbled feta cheese.
  • Combine the oil and vinegar in a bowl and whisk until emulsified. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then generously drizzle over the salad.
