Zesty Greek roasted potatoes, perfect with any dish!
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into thick wedges
  • 0.33333334326744 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 3 cups chicken broth
Instructions:
  • First, collect all of the ingredients needed for the recipe. Then, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
