Greek-inspired one-pan dish for a simple and delicious weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 500g pkts Kitchen Slow Cooked Greek Inspired Pork
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 500g white potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 40.00 ml oregano leaves
  • 75g fetta, crumbled
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Transfer the pork from the packets to an ovenproof casserole dish, squeeze lemon over the top, cover, and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Place the potato in a microwave-safe dish and cook on high for 10 minutes or until tender.
  • Uncover the pork and gently place the potato into the dish. Bake without covering for 10 minutes or until the potato turns a golden color and the pork is heated through.
  • Sprinkle the dish with fragrant oregano and savory feta cheese. Season to taste before serving.
