Refreshing green apple and lemon sorbet with pistachios and powdered sugar.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large green apples, chopped
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 green apple, sliced
  • 0.5 cup pistachios, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blitz 2 chopped apples with water, white sugar, and lemon juice until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Transfer the blended apple mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the sorbet freezing instructions provided by the manufacturer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Garnish with sliced green apple, pistachios, and a sprinkle of confectioners' sugar right before serving.
