Ocean trout main course with green bean bundles and crispy roast potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • Olive oil spray
  • 100g (about 24) green round beans, trimmed
  • 2 thin slices prosciutto, halved crossways
  • Olive oil, to drizzle
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a baking tray with oil. Boil beans in salted water for 2-3 minutes until almost tender. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  • Lay out the prosciutto slices on a clean work surface. Fill each slice with beans and roll them up.
  • On the lined tray, arrange the beans and generously drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake for 8-10 minutes until warmed.
