Spicy green harissa is the ultimate fiery condiment for heat lovers.
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 ml cumin seeds
  • 20.00 ml coriander seeds
  • 20.00 ml black peppercorns
  • 2.50 gm ground cinnamon
  • 10 long green chillies, stalks removed
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves, roots included
  • 62.50 ml mint leaves
  • 2.40 gm salt
  • 75.08 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • In a medium frying pan over medium-low heat, toast the cumin, coriander seeds, and peppercorns for 3-4 minutes until fragrant. Grind in a food processor until finely ground.
  • Combine cinnamon, chilies, garlic, fresh coriander, mint, and salt in the food processor. Pulse for 5 seconds until coarsely chopped. While the processor is running, slowly pour in the oil until smooth.
